Zac Brown Band/One Republic -- best concert ever!

"I got an email a couple of weeks before the show saying my seats had been moved... to better ones! How often does that happen?! They weren't even the seats I'd originally paid for -- I got a deal on the tickets months ago -- we weren't there 20 minutes before my guests were going, 'You paid HOW much for these seats?!' Then my guests hadn't realized One Republic was opening, and were stunned that it was such a well-known band, and that they knew so many of the songs. And then Demi Lovato kept up her energy through a very long concert, was incredible through every single song -- it was the best concert I've ever been to, and the least I've ever paid for tickets. I don't often say, 'I didn't pay enough for that,' so I'm donating to the charity she promoted instead. Demi Lovato blew us all away -- we knew her music, knew she was a tight performer, but we weren't expecting the COVERS! They were amazingly done, but it was still hysterically funny for a country band to launch into a Metallica or AC/DC song, and the entire audience belting out the lyrics to Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody was a treat I'll never forget. The absolute best was when she ripped into Devil Went Down To Georgia, because not many performers can pull that one off live -- we screamed so hard at the opening notes that one of my friends said she thought she peed a little. The venue was great too -- I didn't notice much security, but there were a lot of tremendously drunk country music fans and I didn't see one disturbance beyond some competitive air guitar performances on the stairs, and they were humorous rather than aggressive. There were tons of staff in the garages looking at tickets and directing people to the best entrances for their seats, and after the concert the same people directed traffic smoothly so we didn't get hung up trying to leave. The entire experience was wonderful; I couldn't be happier."
